Hey my name is Fellie Morice ,I am 23. I have always been skinny since ever I was a child and it was okay with me, not to brag but despite me being skinny, my body structure was just great anyway....
So last year I realized that I wanted to live a more healthy lifestyle and realized that my best weight is whatever weight I reach when I live the healthiest life that I enjoy.



I have been inspired with a lot of women who live healthy life by both eating and body workouts, but these two women are the most people who inspires me so much Frantzcesca Casmir and Brittnebabe, These women are so good in body workout and they  help others to change their lifestyles through social networks .They are real my inspiration because they stick to their goals and they never give up, they love what they do and it becomes their lifestyles... Exactly what I like to call #GOALS



Sometimes motivation comes and goes I am pretty sure that everyone can relate to that, One of the things that keep me going is just the good ole simple motivational quotes and when I think of what I want to achieve I really don’t want to stop. I am aiming to be healthy through workouts and stop eating junk food ( I think this is the hardest part) but I decided I am not listening to my stomach and my appetite anymore given that they are besties apparently and I
 am going to start practicing what I preach.



I realized that it is going to take time for my body to change and its going to be hard but nothing comes easy, so there will be pain and disappointment but it won't stop me.

I know, half of you are rolling your eyes ande I get this a lot, everyone asks me but why you want to workout and diet aren't you skinny enough but I think its about time that people stop thinking that dieting and working out is made for loosing weight. "Fitness" is a decision not a solution!
